Abstract: This study examines the user satisfaction with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology in the academic environment of Bodoland University Central Library through a case study approach. RFID technology has transformed modern library operations by improving circulation services, security systems, inventory management, and self-service facilities. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate library users' satisfaction with the implementation and use of RFID-based services at the Central Library of Bodoland University, Assam.
