E- Resources and current pandemic situation: Scope and Limitation

Abstract - Most libraries in the country have been affected by the Covid -19 situation. In such a situation, libraries need to expand their services or become more technologically advanced. The use of e-resources has increased in the countries of the world. The use of e-resources in libraries has also increased a lot. But its use in small libraries, school libraries, public libraries, private libraries is negligible due to lack of budget and indifference of the government towards libraries.
