Abstract: In the age of science and technology, particularly with the innovation of information and communication technology (ICT), the globe has turned into a global village. There is digital information. These days, libraries are changing their information services in many ways. Traditional library services are insufficient to fulfill the evolving information needs and changing information-seeking behaviour of the users. Therefore, libraries have developed digital services. Traditional libraries have become digital libraries thanks to the advancements in computers, networking, and communication technologies.
