Work-Life Balance and Stress Management among Women Educators in the age of AI

Abstract: The present study examines how the adoption of AI affects work-life balance (WLB) and occupational stress among female teachers, who are a key group at the nexus of changing expectations in the workplace and ongoing socio-domestic duties. The quantitative data was collected using survey method and in-depth interviews were used to collect qualitative data. The findings indicate that while AI tools can reduce their time and effort in routine administrative work, they can also be a source of stress, technological anxiety, and the constant need to learn and acquire new skills....
