Author(s):  Dr. A. Perumal & Hema N

Academic and public libraries are no exception. They've undergone systematic, significant transformation by integrating automation, digitization, and content management solutions, all aimed at delivering enhanced, value-added services to their users. Despite this growing trend, a comprehensive understanding of the specific software ecosystems adopted by library and information centers in urban contexts remains limited.
