Abstract: The article explores various applications of social media for promoting academic library services and resources. In the era of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), social media plays a vital role in almost every field, including library and information services. It has significantly influenced promotional information activities by bringing about remarkable changes in marketing approaches. Social Media Marketing (SMM) is a form of internet marketing that utilizes social networking platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to promote products and services effectively. The paper highlights various social media tools that enable libraries and information centers to promote their resources and services online, enhance user engagement, and improve the visibility of academic resources in the digital environment.
