Abstract - This study seeks to explore different research tools accessible online and their uses in libraries for delivering innovative library services. ICT significantly contributes to library and information science; it aids in transforming libraries into efficient learning centers. In the online realm, it is crucial to recognize the needs of contemporary researchers, to reduce their challenges in research activities, and to inspire them to pursue studies across different areas. By offering research-related services, librarians can support new researchers, contributing to the nation's development. A set of pertinent databases will connect to resources, web applications, and research instruments to assist researchers throughout all stages of their work, becoming a valuable service of the library.
