Uses of Information and Communication Technology Modern Library in the Higher Education System

Abstract - The role of information and communication technology (ICT) in libraries is undergoing fundamental changes. The modern education system is facing many challenges nowadays. We live in a world where frequent changes occur in all sectors. The most prominent example is the coronavirus pandemic. Who knew that this could also happen? COVID-19 has changed the entire world. Due to the lockdown, everyone is working from home. This Pandemic has brought a new model of learning and teaching, which is online for people. Information and Communication Technology tools are very important in a changing society. If we use and adopt ICT in our education system, it can prosper, and the country will become a knowledge superpower.
